Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At KV Timepieces, we specialize in authentic pre-owned luxury handbags, accessories, jewelry, and watches. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchase unless required by applicable law.
Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and ask any questions before completing your purchase.
No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for any item purchased through our website, social media, or in-store.
No Store Credit
We do not issue store credit for returned merchandise.
Payment Plans
Deposits made toward payment plans are non-refundable.
Customers have six (6) weeks to complete payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order. Any deposits and payments previously made may be forfeited, and the merchandise may be returned to inventory.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Authenticity
Every item sold by KV Timepieces is 100% authentic.
Each qualifying item includes an authenticity certificate or authentication documentation when applicable.
Because authenticity is guaranteed prior to sale, authenticity concerns are not grounds for a return or refund.
Condition
Many items are pre-owned or vintage luxury goods and may show signs of normal wear.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item’s condition. Minor variations in color due to screen settings are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
